Registration Steps

    (1) Click the ”Registration Here” button.
    (2) Create an account (or Log In if you already created one).
    (3) Follow the instructions and complete your profile.
    (4) Select the registration category.
    (5) The total amount will be updated, proceed with payment and submit.

Conference Fee

   Note: The registration fee includes the cost of the field trip, except for the accommodation fee.

Method of Payment

1) For Delegates from institutions outside China Registration fees are payable on-site only. Payment can be made in Chinese RMB cash or by using the following cards.

Invoice

A  Overseas: If a formal invoice is required, please contact us at SNCC2024@outlook.com.
B  Domestic: By default, the VAT electronic ordinary invoice will be issued three days before the meeting or on the registration day, and the invoice will be sent to your reserved email address.

Registration cancellation/refund policies
